Responsibilities

• Assist with leasing efforts by conducting tours, responding to leads, and guiding prospects through the leasing process.
• Manage rent collection, bill processing, and ensure timely lease renewals.
• Support the Community Manager with financial reporting and maintenance of occupancy goals.
• Create and manage content for the community's social media and resident events.
• Provide leadership in the Community Manager's absence and maintain a positive team environment.
• Respond to resident concerns with professionalism and empathy, de-escalating issues as needed.
