Job summary

Hawthorne Residential Partners is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support leasing, resident relations, and financial tasks while partnering with the Community Manager. This role helps lead leasing efforts, maintain occupancy goals, and ensure a welcoming community environment.

The position requires a High School diploma or GED, with two years of property management experience preferred and CALP accreditation a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Two years of property management experience preferred; six months as assistant manager preferred.
• Valid Driver's License and CALP accreditation are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with leasing by conducting tours and responding to leads.
• Support resident relations and ensure timely renewals and rent collection.
• Oversee payments, delinquencies, and ledger accuracy.
• Coordinate with Community Manager and leadership for reporting and operations.
• Lead the team in the Community Manager's absence and maintain a positive work environment.
