Job summary

Peak Living is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support daily operations at our Georgia communities. Under the Community Manager, you will assist in leasing, tenant relations, and supervising onsite staff to ensure outstanding service and occupancy targets.

You will handle lease paperwork, collect rents, and help implement retention programs while coordinating with the management team to meet budgets and community goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience as onsite Assistant Community Manager or Leasing Consultant.
• CAM or ARM certification.
• Must possess the ability to deal effectively with customers/residents.
• Must have the ability to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Community Manager in supervising all community associates.
• Supports and participates in fulfilling customer service and leasing.
• Assist and/or support leasing and marketing efforts.
• Assist in preparing all paperwork for new and renewal leases.
• Recommend rental rate adjustments or concessions to the Community Manager.
• Review resident files and accounting records to determine unpaid and/or late fees, communicate with residents, collect delinquencies, and enforce leases.
• Assist in resident loyalty and retention initiatives.
• Assist in organizing daily work and community operations.
• Collect, post, and deposit rents and security deposits.
• Support budgeted occupancy, collections, etc.
