Job summary

Peak Living is seeking a qualified Community Manager to join our team. Under the Regional Manager, you will support community operations and supervise all community associates.

You will lead marketing efforts, handle leasing paperwork, renewals, rent collection, and reporting. This role drives occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction across multiple communities in the United States.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as onsite Community Manager or Assistant Community Manager in multi-family housing or similar
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• CAM or ARM certification preferred
• Valid driver's license required
• Must be able to communicate in English

Responsibilities

• Supervise all community associates.
• Support customer service and leasing standards.
• Respond to resident requests promptly and courteously; provide solutions.
• Direct all marketing efforts.
• Prepare paperwork for new and renewal leases.
• Determine renewal rates and deliver renewal letters.
• Recommend rental rate adjustments to increase activity.
• Review resident files and accounting for delinquencies; communicate with residents.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports and other required documents.
• Organize resident activities and retention programs.
• Identify areas for efficiency and profitability improvements.
• Research market rates and concessions quarterly.
• Collect and deposit rents and security deposits daily.
• Oversee occupancy, collections, and expense budgets.
