Job summary

Peak Living is seeking a qualified Community Manager to join our team. Under the direction of the Regional Manager, the Community Manager supports all aspects of community operations, supervising associates and upholding leasing standards.

The role emphasizes customer service, marketing leadership, lease administration, and financial stewardship to maximize occupancy and profitability. English communication and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Three years' experience as onsite Community Manager or Assistant in multi-family housing or similar.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all community associates.
• Support and participate in customer service and leasing standards.
• Respond to resident requests promptly and courteously and provide solutions to issues.
• Direct all marketing efforts.
• Prepare all paperwork for new and renewal lease agreements.
• Determine lease renewal rates and deliver renewal letters.
• Recommend rental rate adjustments or concessions to increase activity.
• Review resident files and balances, collect on delinquencies, enforce the lease to maximize revenue.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports and related spreadsheets.
• Organize resident activities, newsletters, and retention programs.
• Identify areas for improvement to boost efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
• Research competition quarterly to align rates and deposits with market conditions.
• Collect, post, and deposit rents and other community income daily.
• Lead budgeting for occupancy, collections, and expenses.
