Acento Real Estate Partners LLC is hiring an Assistant Community Manager to support daily operations at one of our residential communities in Georgia. You will assist with leasing, manage resident relations, and ensure efficient community operations.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in leasing or property management, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. The role emphasizes accuracy, responsiveness, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; a Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, or related field is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in leasing, property management, real estate, or related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Resident relations: collect and post rent payments, assist residents with maintenance requests and concerns, ensure timely follow-up.
• Leasing support: assist with leasing, renewals, move-in/move-out coordination, and maintain occupancy goals.
• Administrative duties: manage resident files, waiting lists, and compliance documentation.
• Community walks: conduct regular property inspections for curb appeal, safety, cleanliness.
• Vendor & contractor coordination: manage relationships with third-party service providers for timely on-site work.
• Compliance & reporting: ensure file compliance, assist audits, reporting and data collection.
