Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of onsite Assistant Community Manager or Leasing Consultant experience in multi-family housing, hospitality, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Community Manager in supervising all community staff and operations.
• Support customer service and leasing activities.
• Assist with leasing and marketing efforts.
• Prepare paperwork for new and renewal leases.
• Recommend rent adjustments or concessions to the Community Manager.
• Review resident accounts for delinquencies and communicate with residents.
• Assist with resident loyalty and retention initiatives.
• Organize daily work and community operations.
• Collect, post, and deposit rents and security deposits.
• Support budgeting, occupancy, and collections management.
