Job summary

Peak Living is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support operations at our multi-family communities. Under the Community Manager, you will help supervise staff, handle leasing, and ensure exceptional resident service.

Ideal candidates have at least three years of onsite experience in housing or hospitality, CAM/ARM certification, and strong English communication. This role offers PTO, holidays, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Three years' experience as onsite Assistant Community Manager or Leasing Consultant in multi-family housing, hospitality or similar.
• CAM or ARM certification.
• Ability to deal effectively with customers/residents.
• Ability to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising community associates and operations.
• Support customer service and leasing activities.
• Assist leasing and marketing efforts.
• Prepare paperwork for new and renewal leases.
• Recommend rental rate adjustments to the Community Manager.
• Review resident files and collect unpaid balances; enforce the lease.
• Support resident loyalty and retention initiatives.
• Organize daily work and community operations.
• Collect, post, and deposit rents and security deposits.
• Assist in managing occupancy and budgeted metrics.
