BH Management, LLC is hiring an Assistant Community Manager for an onsite Atlanta property. You will support the Community Manager with daily operations, rent processing, reporting, and staff supervision in the manager's absence.

The role requires property management experience, a state leasing license (or plan to obtain), and strong communication skills. You will help with leasing duties, renewals, and resident satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Requires prior property management experience and a state leasing license (or ability to obtain within required timeframe).
• Proficient in MS Office; familiar with Yardi Voyager/CRM for leasing and operations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Assist daily and month-end reporting for the Community Manager.
• Post rent, collect on delinquencies, process evictions, and manage POs and deposits.
