Bell Partners is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager in financial administration, posting rental collections, deposits, and maintaining the community's accounting functions.

You may assist leasing staff in residents' leasing and help manage the day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• Strong collections experience is required.
• Experience in property management or rental housing preferred.
• 1+ years in property management; supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Professional image and ability to work on a team.

Responsibilities

• Post rental collections and oversee accounting functions.
• Assist Community Manager and supervise leasing staff when needed.
• Meet with Community Manager and Regional Manager to review performance.
• Conduct monthly market surveys and adjust pricing.
• Maintain lease files and generate reports.
• Process notices to vacate and handle delinquency/evictions.
• Handle resident concerns and perform administrative duties.
