Job summary

Bell Partners seeks an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager with the financial administration of the community. You will post rental collections, prepare bank deposits, and oversee accounting functions while assisting leasing staff and reporting on performance.

You bring strong collections experience, foundational accounting skills, and customer-service excellence. Onsite property management experience is preferred; supervisory and leasing exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in business, sales, or related field.
• Strong collections and accounting/bookkeeping skills required.
• Onsite/Rent Roll experience preferred.
• 1+ year in property management preferred.
• Supervisory and leasing experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and teamwork.
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel.
• Bell Core Values and professional image expected.

Responsibilities

• Support Leasing Consultants in leasing of apartments and lease if necessary.
• Post rental collections, make bank deposits, and oversee accounting functions for the community.
• Meet regularly with the Community Manager and Regional Manager to discuss performance.
• Conduct monthly market surveys and recommend pricing changes.
• Maintain resident lease files and generate reports.
• Process notices to vacate and manage delinquency and evictions.
• Coordinate resident concerns with leadership team.
• Perform administrative duties as assigned.
• Ensure regular attendance and punctuality.
