Job summary

Bell Partners Inc. is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support leasing activities and assist the Community Manager with financial administration for the property.

You will handle rental collections, deposits, and accounting tasks while ensuring high-quality service to residents. You will collaborate with the Community Manager and Regional Manager to drive performance, conduct market surveys, and recommend pricing changes.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in business, sales, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years in property management or leasing environment preferred.
• Strong accounting/bookkeeping skills and rental collections experience.

Responsibilities

• Support Leasing Consultants in leasing apartments and lease activity when needed.
• Post rental collections, process deposits, and oversee accounting functions for the community.
• Meet with the Community Manager and Regional Manager to discuss performance and improve metrics.
• Conduct monthly market surveys and recommend pricing adjustments.
• Maintain resident lease files and generate periodic reports.
• Process notices to vacate and manage delinquencies and evictions as needed.
• Address resident concerns and coordinate resolutions with the leadership team.
• Perform administrative duties as assigned and maintain regular attendance.
