Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Commissioning Manager to oversee planning, testing, and commissioning of HV, BESS, and PV projects. You will coordinate with engineering, construction, and QA teams to ensure all systems are installed, tested, and commissioned per project requirements.

The role requires onsite at job sites with hybrid work arrangements and discussion of location during interview. Candidates should bring strong leadership and deep commissioning experience in renewable

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years testing and commissioning on utility-scale electrical systems.
• Strong knowledge of electrical power systems, inverters, transformers, and infrastructure.
• Experience managing project teams and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project commissioning team with guidance and training.
• Report daily on project status to the Commissioning Manager.
• Develop and maintain commissioning plans and procedures.
• Coordinate testing activities with OEMs and project teams.
• Develop integrated P6 schedules and weekly updates.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance during commissioning.
