Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. seeks an Assistant Commissioning Manager to lead testing and commissioning for HV, BESS, and PV projects across sites. You will coordinate with engineering, construction, and QA teams to ensure safe, compliant, and reliable operation from pre-commissioning to final acceptance.

The role requires on-site presence with periodic remote work. You will report to the Commissioning Manager, develop schedules, reviews, and plans, and support safety programs, documentation, and lessons

Qualifications

• 3+ years in testing and commissioning on utility-scale electrical systems.
• Strong knowledge of power systems, inverters, transformers, and electrical infrastructure.
• Experience managing project teams and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project commissioning team with guidance and training.
• Report daily status to the Commissioning Manager.
• Develop commissioning plans, procedures, and schedules; coordinate with OEMs.
