Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Commissioning Manager to oversee testing and commissioning for HV, BESS, and PV projects. You will coordinate with the Commissioning Manager and SMEs to ensure all systems are installed, tested, and commissioned per requirements and safety standards.

The role is hybrid with onsite presence required at job sites and partial remote work. Specific location details will be discussed during the interview process.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in testing and commissioning on utility scale electrical systems.
• Strong knowledge of electrical power systems, inverters, transformers, and electrical infrastructure.
• Proven experience managing project teams and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead project commissioning teams across HV, BESS, and PV projects.
• Report daily on project status to the Commissioning Manager.
• Develop and implement commissioning plans, procedures, and schedules.
• Coordinate with OEMs for equipment testing and commissioning activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental standards.
• Prepare detailed daily commissioning reports and track issues and corrective actions.
