SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Commissioning Manager to support planning, execution, and oversight of testing and commissioning for HV, BESS, and PV projects nationwide. The role requires coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure safe, compliant, and reliable energy assets.

The position is hybrid with on-site presence at job sites and some remote work; travel to sites will be discussed during the interview process.

Competenze

• 3+ years of testing and commissioning on utility-scale electrical systems.
• Strong knowledge of electrical power systems, inverters, transformers, and electrical infrastructure.
• Experience managing project teams and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Familiarity with industry standards, safety protocols, and environmental regulations.

Mansioni

• Lead the project commissioning team and provide guidance and training.
• Report daily on the status of each project to the Commissioning Manager.
• Develop project milestone plans and commissioning procedures.
• Coordinate with OEM suppliers on equipment testing and commissioning.
• Develop integrated P6 schedules and keep them updated weekly.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations.
