Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Commissioning Manager to oversee testing and commissioning for HV, BESS, and PV projects across the United States.

The role requires onsite presence at job sites with partial remote work and a collaborative approach with engineers and field teams. You will manage commissioning activities, develop schedules, and ensure compliance with safety and industry standards while coordinating with stakeholders to deliver reliable renewable energy assets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in testing and commissioning on utility‑scale electrical systems.
• Strong knowledge of electrical power systems, inverters, transformers, and electrical infrastructure.
• Proven experience managing project teams and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage the project commissioning team, providing guidance, training, and support.
• Report daily to the Commissioning Manager on status of each project.
• Develop project milestone lists, commissioning plans, and procedures.
