BJ’s Wholesale Club, Inc. in Coral Terrace, FL is seeking an Assistant Club Manager in Training (AMIT). You will partner with the Club Manager to lead departments, recruit and develop a team, and ensure strong daily operations and member experience.

The role requires 4+ years in retail operations, leadership ability, and forklift competence. Open shifts, training, and certification are part of the path to becoming a club manager at BJ’s.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in retail store, supermarket, or warehouse operations management.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead and motivate a large team.
• Knowledge of shrink controls, merchandising, customer service, and problem solving.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations for assigned departments (Merchandising, Perishables, or Member Experience).
• Recruit, hire, and onboard team members including training and certification.
• Manage labor scheduling aligned with trends, sales, and budgets.
• Drive sales, inventory control, and reduce shrink.
• Uphold customer service standards and brand GOLD initiatives.
