Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in retail store or warehouse operations management.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to recruit, hire, onboard and develop team members.
• Knowledge of food safety and OSHA/compliance basics.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic department leadership across assigned departments.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and certify team members.
• Oversee labor planning, scheduling, and operational readiness.
