Job summary

You will work closely with the Club Manager, drive club performance, and ensure Gold standards are met. Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in retail store, supermarket, or warehouse operations management.
• Strong drive for results and solid work ethic.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead a large team.
• Solid understanding of shrink controls, merchandising, customer service, and problem solving.
• Completion of company training program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership across assigned departments, emphasizing business acumen, accountability, and team engagement.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard team members for departments, ensuring confident and capable staff.
• Oversee labor planning and scheduling to align with trends and targets.
• Drive sales, inventory control, and shrink management to meet KPIs.
• Champion Member Experience standards and ensure compliance with safety and sanitation rules.
