• Provide strategic department leadership across assigned areas.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard team members to support club goals.
• Oversee labor planning and scheduling to optimize coverage and cost.
• Drive sales, inventory control, and shrink management while maintaining service standards.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, safety protocols, and audits.
