Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 6 months supervisor or manager experience in a high-volume setting (1 year preferred).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Bi-lingual preferred.

Aufgaben

• Drive club metrics in line with business performance.
• Develop knowledge of club services, programs, and products, and keep abreast of competitors.
• Assist in interviewing front desk staff and fitness instructors.
• Monitor inventory and review sales numbers with GM to identify opportunities and improve performance.
• Uphold company standards and lead by example to deliver the mission and values; maintain a clean, friendly, and well-maintained club.
• Ensure team members consistently meet basics: punctuality, dress code, friendliness, cleanliness.
• Develop and maintain cleaning duties for front desk and supervise overnight staff.
• Coordinate disciplinary actions and terminations with GM, Regional Manager and HR.
• Cover shifts for call-outs or vacancies and assist Club Manager with coverage when needed.
• Oversee club audits to ensure areas are clean, neat, and in good condition.
• Mentor Front End staff to promote career growth through training and performance reviews.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Club Manager.
