Planet Fitness in Waterford, CT is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee front desk operations and support the General Manager. The role focuses on delivering excellent member service, supervising front desk and fitness staff, and ensuring a clean, organized club environment.

The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma or equivalent, 6 months of supervisor experience in a fast-paced setting, and strong Microsoft Office skills. Flexible evenings and weekends are required.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• 6 month supervisor or manager experience in a high-volume environment.
• Bilingual preferred; proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilidades

• Understand and drive club metrics in line with business performance.
• Assist in interviewing and recruiting front desk staff and instructors.
• Monitor inventory and review sales numbers with GM to identify opportunities.
• Uphold company standards and lead by example for a clean, friendly club.
• Ensure punctuality, dress code, and superior customer service.
• Develop and maintain cleaning duties for front desk and overnight staff.
• Coordinate disciplinary actions with GM, Regional Manager and HR.
• Cover shifts when needed and assist with coverage.
• Oversee club audits to keep areas clean and well-maintained.
• Mentor Front End employees for career growth and training.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Club Manager.
