Planet Fitness Windsor, CT is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee front desk staff and support the General Manager. You will focus on front-of-house operations, customer service, and daily club performance in a fast-paced environment with a need for multitasking and strong communication.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with 6 months of supervisor experience in a high-volume setting. Bi-lingual candidates are preferred; weekend availability may be necessary.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates degree preferred.
• 6 months supervisor/manager experience in high-volume restaurant or retail environment.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).
• Bi-lingual preferred.
• Open or flexible availability and weekend shifts may be required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk personnel and assist General Manager.
• Manage front-of-house operations and daily club activities.
• Assist in interviewing and recruiting front desk and fitness staff.
• Monitor inventory and review sales to improve performance.
• Ensure cleanliness and adherence to company standards; mentor front-end staff.
• Coordinate shift coverage and support audits and discipline as needed.
