Job summary

CSL Plasma in Columbus, GA is seeking a Center Manager to assume ultimate responsibility for the center’s operations, including production, quality, finance, HR and IT. You will ensure compliance with SOPs and all applicable regulations while collaborating with the center manager to maintain quality, efficiency, and profitability.

You will work with QA to address audit findings, ensure OSHA training and records, recruit and develop staff, and support the center’s marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional work experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee center operations including production, quality compliance, finance, HR and IT.
• Ensure compliance with all SOPs and federal, state, and local regulations.
• Collaborate with center manager to address quality compliance and regulatory/customer requirements.
• Develop corrective action plans with QA to address audit findings.
• Ensure OSHA regulations and training are followed and OSHA records are kept.
• Recruit, train, counsel, and manage corrective action for staff as needed.
• Support marketing and advertising efforts for the center.
• Overnight travel up to 10%.
