Job summary

CSL Plasma is seeking a Full Time QA Support role at our Columbus plasma center. You will assist the Assistant Manager of Quality in monitoring processes to ensure compliance with CSL SOPs and applicable regulations, support audits, and coordinate training activities across the center.

The role collaborates with center management to implement continual improvement plans and maintains Center QA records and LMS data while ensuring timely and accurate documentation for regulatory reviews.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of leadership experience or equivalent in a regulated setting.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong critical reasoning and problem solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform final QA review and release for shipments and related documents.
• Ensure records QA review is complete, accurate, and timely; document deficiencies and corrective actions.
• Maintain training documents to comply with CSL procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Manage Learning Management System data integrity and reporting.
• Coordinate and monitor training delivery, including new hire and retraining.
