Job summary

CSL Plasma seeks a Center Manager to oversee all center operations, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement. You will lead donor retention strategies, manage budgets, and coordinate HR activities while representing the center in the community.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and at least 2 years in a management role, with strong English communication and knowledge of industry regulations. This is an onsite role with a focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 2 years in a management role supervising others.

Responsibilities

• Oversee center operations to achieve production goals and monitor yields.
• Lead donor retention improvements and analyze trends to enhance donor experience.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and federal/state/local regulations.
• Manage financials including annual budget planning and cash handling.
• Escalate quality concerns and drive corrective actions.
• Support audits and maintain readiness for inspections.
• Lead HR functions: recruitment, training, performance management, and termination.
• Represent the center in the community and with partners.
