Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment and training file maintenance.
• Ensure donor flow and center staffing levels meet demand.
• Document coaching actions and participate in performance evaluations.
• Maintain compliance with SOPs, policies, and safety requirements.
• Cross-train in technical areas to cover center needs.
• Record donor data accurately in the donor information system.
