Job summary

CSL in Mississippi is seeking a Center Supervisor responsible for overall center operations in the absence of the Center Manager. You will oversee production, quality compliance, finance, HR and IT, ensuring alignment with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.

This role collaborates with QA and quality personnel to address deficiencies, maintains OSHA compliance, recruits and trains staff, and supports marketing efforts. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory or leadership experience.
• Oversee operations including production, quality compliance, HR and IT as part of center leadership.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all Company SOPs and applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
• Participate in collecting and analyzing data to maintain center quality, efficiency, and profitability.
• Collaborate with the center manager to safeguard the purity and efficacy of the plasma and the safety of donors and employees.
• Work with QA team to develop corrective action plans to address deficiencies noted during audits.
• Ensure the center and all employees comply with OSHA regulations and complete all OSHA records and reporting.
• Oversee HR activities: recruitment, training, counseling, termination, and corrective actions.
• Support the center's marketing and advertising efforts.
• Overnight travel up to 10%.
