Job summary

CSL Vifor in Columbus, OH is seeking a supervisor to oversee daily plasma center operations and staff, ensuring efficient collections and adherence to SOPs.

You will report to the Center Manager and coordinate donor flow, staffing, training files, performance feedback, and compliance with HSE/OSHA policies, while maintaining a safe, clean, and compliant center environment. This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work overtime to support center needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year supervisory, leadership experience responsible for overseeing the activities of others.
• Experience coordinating staff and donor flow in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
• Ability to adhere to SOPs and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise center daily operations and staff per SOPs.
• Facilitate donor movement to minimize wait and processing time.
• Monitor attendance, overtime, and staffing levels for center efficiency.
• Conduct performance feedback and maintain training files and certifications.
• Assist in recruitment and selection of center operation staff.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, HSE and OSHA guidelines.
