Job summary

CSL in Elyria, OH is seeking a Plasma Center Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations and staff, ensuring efficient plasma collections and safety compliance.

You will partner with management, monitor staffing, coach employees, handle performance issues, and help recruit and train team members in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment.

This role requires strong communication, adherence to SOPs, and the ability to manage workflow while maintaining donor experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and professional work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise center operations daily activities in accordance with SOPs; provide clear instructions and conduct staff meetings.
• Facilitate donor movement to minimize wait times and ensure efficient processing.
• Ensure adequate staffing and monitor time cards, attendance, and overtime usage.
• Conduct error investigations and recommend process improvements.
• Assist with performance appraisals, coaching actions, and maintaining training records.
• May assist with recruitment and selection of center staff.
• Promote policy compliance and participate in marketing initiatives to increase donor retention.
• Maintain accurate donor data in the electronic information management system and ensure data integrity.
