Job summary

CSL is seeking a Quality Assurance alignment professional to support the Assistant Manager of Quality in monitoring plasma center processes and ensuring compliance with CSL SOPs, CLIA/COLA and applicable regulations. The role focuses on training management, regulatory compliance, audits, and continuous improvement within the center.

You will report to the Assistant Manager Quality and work to maintain documentation, lead QA reviews, and coordinate training activities to uphold high quality

Qualifications

• Requires knowledge of quality systems, regulatory training requirements, and ability to coordinate center-level training and documentation.
• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience or equivalent in a regulated environment.
• Experience with audits, corrective actions, and documentation control preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform final QA review and release for shipments and documents to meet customer specs.
• Maintain center QA records; investigate deficiencies and determine corrective actions.
• Manage training documents and Learning Management System; ensure data integrity and reporting.
• Coordinate and monitor delivery of training (new hire, annual, retraining) to meet regulatory needs.
• Lead internal audits and support external audits by regulators and customers.
