KidStrong Concord is hiring an Assistant General Manager to partner with the General Manager to drive growth, culture, and an exceptional experience for families. You will coach classes, run the center on duty when the GM is away, and lead center operations with a focus on sales and member retention.

You are energetic, detail-oriented, and comfortable turning great conversations with parents into memberships while mentoring coaches and maintaining a high-energy environment.

Qualificações

• Customer service or sales experience is a strong plus.
• Management experience is preferred but not required.
• CPR certification, or willingness to get certified within 30 days.

Responsabilidades

• Coach kids using the curriculum focused on brain, physical and character development.
• Manage center operations and act as manager on duty when the GM is off.
• Drive sales and member retention by turning conversations into memberships.
• Schedule is full-time (approx. 40 hours/week) with coaching and leadership duties.
