Qualifications

• High school diploma required and basic coursework in Human Services or related field preferred.
• Six months in Human Services or related client services is desirable.
• Experience with diverse populations is preferred.
• Able to maintain professional interactions with participants and staff.
• Must have good customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish may be required.
• Must have valid drivers license and safe driving history if transportation is required.

Responsibilities

• Greets participants entering the facility and may conduct drug screens per schedule.
• May perform breath analysis and document results.
• Completes intake with participants and inputs data into the company database.
• Provides general office administration and customer service to all visitors.
• Assists Case Managers with coordination, communication, and report preparation.
