Qualifications

• Minimum of six months experience in Human Services field with direct participant services preferred.
• Effective customer service skills and communication with internal/external contacts.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish skills may be required.

Responsibilities

• Documents progress and accountability check-ins with participants and maintains rapport.
• May perform intake processing and data entry into Company database.
• Provides general office administration and customer service to visitors.
• Assists case managers with coordination and report preparation.
• Maintains charts and ensures progress aligns with program expectations.
