Job summary

GEO Reentry Services LLC. is seeking a case management support teammate for a Community Resource Center. You will check in participants, assist Case Managers with coordination and documentation, and apply the Principles of Effective Intervention in all interactions.

Responsibilities include intake processing, scheduling, data entry, and facilitating group programs while maintaining accurate records in the company database.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; degree preferred.
• College coursework in Human Services or business preferred.
• Minimum six months experience in Human Services field with direct participant services preferred.
• Minimum six months experience working with minority populations preferred.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish skills preferred.
• Must be 21+ with five years driving experience if required to transport participants.
• Valid state driver’s license with five-year safe driving record if required.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Solid computer skills, including MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Greets participants entering the facility and may complete drug screens as scheduled.
• May perform breath analysis on entrants and document results.
• Completes initial intake including paperwork, database input, and group assignments.
• Provides general office administration duties including answering phones.
• Delivers general customer service to participants, customers, and the public.
• Assists Case Managers with case coordination and report preparation.
