Job summary

GEO Reentry Services LLC in the United States is seeking an Assistant Case Manager for our Day Reporting Center to support case management, participant check-ins, and documentation. You will learn and apply evidence-based practices across interactions with participants and staff, contributing to successful reintegration efforts.

You will greet participants, assist with intake, coordinate with Case Managers, and support data entry.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College coursework in Human Services or business discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greets participants entering the facility and may conduct drug screens per schedule.
• May perform breath analysis and document results.
• Complete intake process including paperwork and data entry into Company database.
• Provide general office administration and customer service to participants, customers and the public.
• Assist Case Managers with case coordination, communication with agencies and preparation/distribution of reports.
• Manage participant caseload, conduct risk/need assessments and create individual treatment plans.
• Facilitate CBT programs and life skills groups; document attendance and progress.
• Monitor progress relative to CMP through all program phases.
