Job summary

The GEO Group, Inc. is seeking a Community Resource Center case manager to support participants, coordinate casework, and document progress using evidence-based practices.

You will greet participants, conduct intakes, assist Case Managers, and help with data entry, scheduling, and reporting within GEO Reentry Services LLC facilities in Westminster, CA. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; degree in Social Services preferred.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Minimum of six months experience in Human Services field with direct participant services preferred.
• Experience working with minority populations preferred.
• Good customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greets participants and conducts onboarding per intake procedures.
• May perform breath analysis and administer drug screens per schedule.
• Completes intake processes and inputs data into company database.
• Provides general office administration and customer service.
• Assists in case coordination and reporting with Case Managers.
• Maintains participant progress notes and documentation in the database.
• May transport participants and handle occasional program logistics.
