Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 6 months experience in Human Services with direct participant services preferred.
• Minimum 6 months experience working with minority populations preferred.
• 21+ years old with 5+ years driving experience if transporting participants.
• Active, valid State driver's license and clean driving record if transporting participants.

Responsibilities

• Greet participants entering the facility and conduct random drug screens as assigned.
• May perform breath analysis and record results.
• Complete intake process and input data into the company database.
• Provide general office administration and customer service to all who enter.
• Assist Case Managers with case coordination and report preparation.
• Manage a participant caseload and develop individual treatment plans.
• Facilitate evidence-based CBT programs and monitor attendance.
• Handle data entry, payments, and daily cash deposits.
• May transport participants to events and appointments in a company vehicle.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
