Zusammenfassung

GEO Reentry Services LLC recruits for a full-time Community Resource Center role providing case management support, coordinating services and documenting progress. The position applies the Principles of Effective Intervention and includes group CBT and life-skills programs.

You will assist in intake, data entry, and reports, while maintaining strong client relations and office operations. Some travel and vehicle transport responsibilities may apply.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma required; Baccalaureate Degree in Social Services preferred.
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) skills preferred.
• College coursework in Human Services or business discipline preferred.
• Minimum of six (6) months experience in Human Services field with direct participant services preferred.
• Minimum of six (6) months experience working with minority populations preferred.
• Must be twenty-one (21) years of age with at least five (5) years driving experience if required to transport participants.
• Valid State driver's license and five (5) year record of safe and competent driving as demonstrated by state motor vehicle report if required to transport participants.
• Ability to safely operate a motor vehicle if required to transport participants.
• Good customer service skills.
• Effective communication skills with internal and external contacts at all levels.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Solid computer skills and proficiency with MS Word and Excel.
• Basic database skills.
• Basic math skills.

Aufgaben

• Greet participants entering the facility.
• May perform drug screens according to assigned random schedule for each participant check-in.
• May perform breath analysis on each participant and provide results.
• Complete initial intake and input data into the Company database.
• Provide general office administration duties including answering phones.
• Provide general customer service to all who enter the facility.
• Assist Case Managers with case coordination and report preparation.
• Assist in managing a participant caseload using the Principles of Effective Intervention.
• Facilitate CBT programs and life skills groups weekly; document attendance and progress.
• Monitor progress relative to Case Management Plan across all phases.
• File, prepare charts and perform data entry as assigned.
• May transport participants to events using a Company vehicle.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
