Golden Nozzle Car Wash is seeking a hands-on Assistant Manager to support daily operations at our Auburn, ME location. You will work with the Site Manager to optimize throughput, coach team members, and ensure top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment.

The role focuses on staffing, safety, performance metrics, and initiatives to grow memberships and revenue while maintaining a positive, high-energy team culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age and able to work up to 50 hours per week.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising daily site operations, staffing, scheduling, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Ensure facility, equipment, and grounds are clean, safe, and fully operational.
• Help optimize workflow and vehicle throughput to minimize wait times and improve customer experience.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly.
• Assist with sales initiatives and membership growth to drive revenue and retention.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate restocking of chemicals, parts, and supplies.
• Enforce safety procedures and regulatory compliance.
