Citizens Bank is seeking an Account Banking Manager to support branch teams across Massachusetts. You will report to the Branch Manager, coach colleagues, and help drive sales and service goals while delivering outstanding customer experiences.

In a digital-first environment, you will translate business priorities into actionable plans, supervise branch operations in the BM’s absence, and connect with the local community to grow relationships and drive branch growth.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of sales experience in Retail or Branch Banking.
• Proven ability to coach others to drive sales and operations.
• Strong customer experience demonstrated by surveys.
• Financial, risk and business acumen including report interpretation.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills for branch duties.
• Interpersonal skills to build customer relationships.
• Active role through partnerships with community and civic organizations.
• Willing to travel for trainings and branch locations.
• Meet SAFE Act requirements including pre-employment checks and NMLS.
