Job summary

Citizens Bank is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) to support daily branch operations, coach staff, and drive sales while delivering outstanding customer experiences. You will report to the Branch Manager and help oversee multiple locations, ensuring operational excellence and strong community presence.

The ABM will translate business priorities into actionable goals, empower colleagues, and contribute to branch growth with a focus on financial acumen and high-quality customer journeys.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of sales experience in Retail or Branch Banking.
• Proven ability to coach and develop others to drive sales results and operational excellence.
• Strong customer satisfaction track record.
• Strong financial, risk and business acumen including report interpretation.
• Organizational skills with ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
• Ability to travel to trainings or other branch locations.
• SAFE Act requirements including pre-employment checks and NMLS identifier.
