Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with the daily management of a banking office under the Branch Manager.
• Achieve personal sales goals and guide platform staff toward branch goals; coach sales staff.
• Understand major aspects of retail incentive plan and business loans; coach staff to success.
• Manage daily branch operations including overdraft management, vault, schedules, and opening/closing procedures.
• Ensure branch adheres to audit/compliance requirements and maintains customer service levels.
• Act as manager on duty when Branch Manager is away and apply policies as needed.
• Prepare and deliver performance appraisals as directed.
