Eastern Bank in Peabody, MA is seeking a Branch Assistant Manager I to support daily branch operations and drive sales and service excellence. Under the Branch Manager, you will help lead the team and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

You will balance branch duties, coach staff, manage schedules, uphold audit and compliance standards, and contribute to achieving personal and branch sales goals while developing strong relationships with customers and the community.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist branch manager with daily branch operations.
• Achieve personal sales goals and coach platform staff toward branch goals.
• Understand major aspects of retail incentive plans and business loans.
• Oversee overdraft, vault, schedules, opening/closing, and audit compliance.
• Maintain customer service levels per guidelines.
• Act as manager on duty in the manager's absence.
• Prepare and deliver performance appraisals as directed.
