Job summary

RBFCU is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager for the 2nd Street Edmond branch. You will oversee daily operations, motivate staff, ensure compliant service, and act in place of the Branch Manager when needed.

The role requires supervisory experience in financial institutions, strong risk awareness, and the ability to coach staff in product benefits, cross-selling, and fraud prevention. Bilingual Spanish/English certification adds earning potential.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of branch operations supervisory/management experience.
• Minimum three years of financial institution experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations to ensure professional, timely service and issue tickets for critical items.
• Mitigate risk by ensuring compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Manage cash audits, outages, and cash requirements.
• Coach staff to meet branch KPIs and service standards.
• Cross-sell products and ensure staff communicate value to members.
• Handle escalated member issues in line with regulations.
