Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a performance-driven sales environment.
• Ability to handle cash payments.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Exceed branch loan sales targets through proactive customer outreach and follow-up.
• Build relationships with customers across the loan lifecycle and propose tailored financial solutions.
• Assist in training and coaching of new team members.
• Apply credit underwriting techniques to lending decisions.
• Manage early-stage delinquent consumer loan accounts (1–30 days past due) via calls, texts, and emails.
• Ensure compliance, accuracy, and operational excellence in lending activities.
• Educate customers on loan terms and optional products.
