Responsibilities

• Exceed branch loan sales targets and drive volume through proactive outreach.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers throughout the loan lifecycle.
• Assist in training and coaching of new team members.

• Manage early-stage delinquent accounts with outbound calls and emails.
• Ensure compliance and operational excellence in lending activities.
