Qualifications

• 3+ years in a performance-driven sales environment
• Ability to handle cash payments
• High School Diploma or equivalent; valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Exceed branch loan sales targets and drive volume through proactive outreach
• Build and maintain customer relationships throughout the loan lifecycle
• Assist in training and coaching new team members to foster growth
• Apply underwriting techniques and sales tools to inform lending decisions
• Manage early-stage delinquent accounts (1–30 days past due) with outreach and payment solutions
• Ensure compliance, accuracy, and operational excellence in lending activities
