Regional Finance Corp. of Texas is hiring an Assistant Manager to drive loan sales and deliver exceptional customer service in a full‑time, on‑site role in Garland, TX.

You will build relationships with customers, guide them through the loan lifecycle, and contribute to branch performance through proactive outreach and coaching of newer team members. The position offers a base pay of $19.00–$28.00 per hour with a bonus program that can add up to $1,200 per month, and eligible benefits including

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a performance-driven sales environment.
• Ability to handle cash payments.
• Valid driver''s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Exceed branch loan sales targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers through the loan lifecycle.
• Assist in training and coaching of new team members.
• Apply credit underwriting techniques and sales tools to lending decisions.
• Manage early-stage delinquent consumer loan accounts (1–30 days past due).
• Ensure compliance, accuracy, and operational excellence in lending activities.
• Educate customers on loan terms and optional products.
• Multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.
